Useful reviews describe a real experience, with respect and enough detail to understand it.
Share your own experience
Explain which service you used, when it happened and what worked or went wrong. Choose a rating that reflects your experience. Do not impersonate someone else, post copied reviews or manufacture experiences.
Protect personal information
Do not publish passwords, account numbers, identity documents, payment details or private information about other people. Describe events without threats, harassment, hate speech or promotional links.
One review, kept up to date
Each customer account can have one review per company. You can edit it from your account. Edits return to moderation and are excluded from the public rating until approved.
The same rules for every rating
Positive and negative reviews follow the same moderation rules. Disagreement with a rating is not a reason for removal. The team may reject or remove content that breaks the rules and records a reason for the author.
What the labels mean
Email verified means the author confirmed access to an email address. It does not prove identity, a payment or a trading transaction. A company domain badge confirms domain control, not regulatory authorisation.
Reports and appeals
Use Report on a published review to flag a possible violation. Authors can see moderation decisions in their account. To appeal or correct profile data, send the relevant URL and explanation through Contact. Please do not send sensitive documents unless the team requests them through an appropriate channel.
Company responses
Verified representatives can reply to reviews. Responses are moderated and identified as company responses. Claiming a profile does not let a company edit reviews, change scores or remove criticism.
