Community ratings
Each account can publish one review per platform. The score is the simple average of approved reviews, from one to five stars. Editing a review returns it to moderation and removes it from the score until approved again.
Email verified
This badge confirms that the account completed email verification. It does not verify legal identity, documents, deposits or withdrawals. In a local installation, test messages are stored in a development mailbox; this does not prove access to a real email account.
Platform information
“Under review” means the listing still needs checking. “Details reviewed” records a review of the listing by our team; it is not a safety certification. “Points to consider” identifies information needing further examination, without itself constituting a finding of fraud.
Moderation and replies
Administrators may approve, decline publication or request changes, with a note to the author. They do not edit the user's score or account of events. Team replies and replies from verified business representatives are labelled separately. Administrative changes are logged.
Removed for a policy violation
The team can remove reviews that violate policies, recording the reason and an explanation for the author. Only published reviews count towards the average. Removal updates the profile, directory and widgets on the next load. Disagreeing with a score or subscribing to a plan does not grant a right to removal.
Domain verified
The representative confirms their email and publishes a TXT record in the DNS of the official domain listed by the administration. Verification lasts 90 days. Changing the domain or revoking access disables the tools. The badge verifies domain control, not a licence, financial audit or platform safety.
Widgets and businesses
Scores use all published reviews. Comments appear in publication order, without selecting only positive opinions. Widgets use no cookies. Commercial features do not change review order, moderation criteria or scores.
Labelled examples
Fictional profiles and reviews help demonstrate the system. They are labelled as demonstrations and do not establish any facts about real companies.
