Version 2026-10-02. These terms govern use of the TradeVerdict review platform.
1. Participation
The service is for people aged 18 and over. Register with truthful information, confirm your email and protect your login details. Your public name does not need to reveal your full legal name.
2. Your reviews
Only publish accounts based on your own experience. Do not publish other people's personal data, account numbers, documents, threats, hate speech, disguised advertising or content that infringes rights. One review is allowed per account and platform; edits return to moderation.
3. Moderation and appeals
Reviews may be approved, kept under review or declined under these rules. Authors can follow the status and moderation note in their accounts and request reconsideration through the contact channels. Negative opinions should not be removed simply because they are negative. Team replies are labelled separately.
4. Ratings and verification
The score is the arithmetic average of published reviews. Email confirmation does not verify a financial transaction. Reviewing profile information does not certify platform safety. Demonstration content is labelled and must not be interpreted as a real experience.
5. Service limits
TradeVerdict collects opinions and information; it does not broker investments, provide personalised recommendations or guarantee returns, recovery of funds or third-party safety. Consult independent sources and the relevant regulator before deciding.
6. Account, content and privacy
You authorise the display and moderation of submitted content to operate the service, without transferring authorship. You can edit your reviews, download your data and request account deletion. The privacy policy explains data processing. Accounts that violate the rules may be suspended, with a record of the decision.
7. Business profiles and widgets
Domain control must be demonstrated through DNS. Verification expires and may be revoked following a domain change, dispute or policy violation. Verified representatives can reply and share reviews without changing customers' experiences or scores. Replies are also moderated. Do not present the domain badge as financial certification. Plans in this version are provided as a pilot, with no automatic subscription or billing.
8. Identification and application
The operator's details are those stated in the privacy policy. Rules must be applied respecting users' legal rights. Before public launch, the operator must review these terms and complete identification and support channels.
